-terrorist official tells the u.s. to focus -- economic targets like banks and stock exchanges. at the same time, developments on the battlefields in afghanistan and pakistan that are linked to the plot, apparently. here are key points. authorities say a german citizen of afghan descent is in custody spelling out the terror plan, like the terror plot in mumbai that killed 164 people two years ago. osama bin laden apparently approved the plan. no word so far if threats were also made against the united states. now, to the war zone in afghanistan and pakistan. nato says an air strike killed a top al qaeda commander in northern afghanistan along its border with pakistan. the u.s. recently increased the number of drone attacks in pakistan, and this may be due in part to information on the terror plot. drone targets in pakistan include taliban and al qaeda forces and militants linked to al qaeda. and the taliban denied claims made by the top u.s. commander in afghanistan, general david petraeus, that the taliban wants, was in contact with afghan government officials about possible peace talks. there'

is going to break it down for us. what do these plans do with all that money? >> first off, the $50 billion infrastructure program would rebuild or build 150,000 miles of road, 4000 miles of railroad track, 115 miles of airport runways. essentially, that would be paid for with taxes on the oil and gas industries. it's a six-year program, no new jobs created immediately, and much of the criticism is that it is essentially a payoff to the unions. there is a second plan to be unveiled tomorrow, the "wall street journal" saying that this is a $200 billion plan, $200 billion worth of tax breaks for businesses. it would speed up the writeoff, for example, bill, you spend $10,000 on a computer right now, and immediately, that $10,000 comes off your business income, taxable business income. overall, no new jobs created immediately, some say that this is the president scrambling because his polls on the economy are looking very, very bad, and both of those plans would require a vote in congress, which is not likely. bill: wow, so here we are, post labor day. i can't think of a bigger issue in the co

is amber lion. what can you tell us today? certainly millions of craigslist users are noticing. >> well, tom, something you noticed physically about craigslist is if you live in the u.s. and go to your local page and scroll down to where the adults services section used to be you are met with a big black bar that says "sencensored." i have been on the phone trying to get ahold of craigslist and e-mailed them to see if this is permanent. we haven't heard back yet. one thing's for sure. this section has caused controversy in the past. people saying craigslist isn't doing enough to protect women and children that victims advocates say were being sold like sex slaves under this portion. in may, 2009, craigslist said they are going to start screening ads manually to protect women and children. for our investigation we put craigslist to the test, keeping them honest to see if they are doing what they say they are doing. we created this ad. in this ad it violates all of craigslist's rules. we wrote sweet, innocent, new girl indicating the girl could be a minor. we clearly put a price on here.
